Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы обеспечения сбалансированности местных бюджетов в Российской Федерации на современном этапе. Проведен анализ законодательства в сфере функционирования местных бюджетов. Особое внимание уделено процессу реформирования местных бюджетов. Выделены основные проблемы, возникающие в муниципальных образованиях при реализации новой редакции закона о местном самоуправлении.
