Современные Особенности И Перспективы Развития Системы Следственных Действий В Стадии Возбуждения Уголовного Дела

Abstract

Стадия возбуждения уголовного дела является первоначальным этапом досудебного производства (раздел 7 УПК РФ Уголовно-процессуального кодекса Российской Федерации). Для рассматриваемой процессуальной деятельности характерны свои особенности процессуального режима. В настоящее время до возбуждения уголовного дела следователь вправе произвести осмотр места происшествия, осмотр трупа, освидетельствование. Автор статьи обосновывает необходимость расширения данного перечня следственных действий.
