Традиции Правового Регулирования Статусов Иностранных Граждан В Современном Мире

Abstract

Автор выделяет в законодательстве зарубежных стран две традиции правового регулирования иммиграции и на их основе формирует две группы стран: страны права иностранцев и страны иммиграционного права. Различные подходы к правовому регулированию иммиграции в зарубежных странах автор изучает на примере сопоставления правового статуса иностранного гражданина в праве США и Германии.
