Прощай, Тирания! Рецензия На Книгу Уильяма Истерли «Тирания Экспертов. Экономисты, Диктаторы И Забытые Права Бедных»

Abstract

В новой книге об экономике развития известный экономист Уильям Истерли призывает спрашивать у самих жителей развивающихся стран о том, что им нужно, и рассматривать существующие институты не как преграду для развития, но как эффективный ответ на местные условия. Соблюдение прав бедных, по мнению автора, поможет справиться с бедностью намного лучше, чем государственные проекты. Стоит ожидать, что рецепты развития от Истерли будут становиться всё более востребованными по мере снижения отдачи от существующих в данный момент программ. Можно сказать со всей определенностью, что «Тиранию экспертов» будут читать как ученые и студенты, так и практики.
