Валютная Интеграция России И Других Стран Снг: Что Меняется В Кризис?

Abstract

В работе выполняется оценка уровня валютной интеграции России с другими странами-участниками СНГ и исследуется влияние на него экономических кризисов, а также проверяется наличие спилловер-эффектов для валютного канала. Использованная методология включает корреляционный анализ относительных изменений номинальных курсов национальных валют и эконометрическое моделирование индекса давления на валютном рынке EMPI с использованием векторной авторегрессионной модели с марковскими переключениями режимов MRS-VAR (Markov regimeswitching vector auto regression). На основе проведенного исследования выявлено, что интеграция в стабильные периоды функционирования экономик стран СНГ является относительно слабой, за исключением Казахстана. В то же время для Белоруссии и Украины обнаружено существенное ее увеличение в периоды финансовой нестабильности.
