Abstract

В данной работе авторы делают попытку проиллюстрировать риск некорректного использования терминологии при квалификации какой-либо коммерческой практики в свете применения инструментов экономической политики. В центре внимания исследования термин «посредник», ассоциирующийся с достаточно узким функционалом соответствующей фирмы и даже с негативными социально-экономическими эффектами. В работе анализируется круг вопросов, находящихся в зоне ответственности организации системного интегратора сложного капиталоемкого проекта. Проведенное исследование демонстрирует, насколько квалификация какой-либо коммерческой практики, не базирующаяся на экономическом анализе хозяйственной деятельности, но опирающаяся на терминологию, ассоциирующуюся с негативными социально-экономическими эффектами, чревата риском принятия ошибочных нормативных выводов.
