Влияние Структуры Собственности На Эффективность Деятельности На Примере Российских И Бразильских Компаний

Abstract

В основу статьи положено эмпирическое исследование, посвященное изучению влияния структуры собственности на эффективность деятельности компании в контексте интегрированного подхода финансовой архитектуры. Объектом исследования выступили крупнейшие бразильские и российские публичные компании, котирующиеся на бразильской и российской фондовых биржах на конец 2008 года. Авторы вносят вклад в литературу, во-первых, путем использования комплексной концепции при моделировании эффективности деятельности компании. Во-вторых, в работе представлено изучение моделей эффективности кризисного периода с целью выявления изменений в механизме формирования корпоративной эффективности в результате кризиса. Наконец, авторами проведен межстрановой анализ моделей эффективности в двух из четырех стран группы БРИК, объединяющей наиболее быстроразвивающиеся страны.
