Конструирование Публичной Дискуссии И Стратегии Депроблематизации Вступления России В Вто

Abstract

Вступление России в ВТО в течение длительного времени оставалось одним из наиболее обсуждаемых экономических событий. В публичной дискуссии по этому вопросу приняли участие представители различных групп интересов: как сторонники, так и противники присоединения к организации. В статье приводятся результаты анализа публикаций в печатных СМИ по вопросу вступления России в ВТО за 3 года (полтора года до вступления и полтора после). Общее число проанализированных статей 397. По итогам проведенного исследования делаются выводы об особенностях конструирования прессой образа ВТО. В работе представлен анализ позиций основных сторон дискуссии и оценка активности их участия в обсуждении вопроса. Кроме того, мы приводим иллюстрации основных стратегий, использовавшихся с целью депроблематизации ситуации вступления в ВТО, а также делаем предположение о причинах, по которым такие действия стали необходимы.
