Abstract

Иван Посошков первым сумел понять основные социально-экономические задачи, стоящие перед Россией, решение которых было необходимо для ее прогрессивного развития. В 1724 г. он написал книгу «О скудости и богатстве», которая принадлежит к числу выдающихся произведений не только русской, но и мировой экономической литературы. Посошков раскрывает развернутую и стройную систему экономических взглядов, что дает право назвать его первым российским экономистом. Безусловно, он обосновывал свои умозаключения, будучи ограничен интеллектуальными пределами своей эпохи. В то же время его понимание основных направлений государственной национальной экономической политики России актуально и сегодня.
