О Некоторых Особенностях Предмета Институциональной Теории

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности определения понятия институт и трудности, связанные с определением предмета институциональной теории. Показано, что исходным логическим пунктом для объяснения экономических институтов и исходным элементом предмета институционального анализа является объяснение социального взаимодействия между людьми в процессе хозяйственной деятельности. Различаются два аспекта институтов (правил): устранение неопределенности и создание вполне конкретной определенности во взаимодействиях. Раскрывается ограниченность трансакционного подхода к анализу влияния институтов на экономическое поведение. Показано, что величина и структура трансформационных издержек включает в себя не только технологическую, но и институциональную составляющую и является также отражением институциональной структуры общества.
