Технологическое И Институциональное Развитие Социально-Экономической Системы В Гетерогенной Среде

Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию технологических и институциональных факторов развития экономики. Показано, что системные изъяны традиционного подхода к экономике и научно-техническому прогрессу во многом порождены гомогенной ориентацией аксиоматики неоклассической экономической теории. Рассмотрены альтернативные подходы, базирующиеся inter alia на идеях и понятиях технологических укладов Львова-Глазьева, технико-экономической парадигмы Перес, рыночных автоматов Мировски. На основе анализа (i) технологических укладов и комплементарных к ним институциональных укладов, (ii) четырехфазного протекания технологической революции с акцентом на динамику пузырей, периоды процветания, переливы финансового и промышленного капитала, (iii) специфики рыночных автоматов, (iv) нелинейного развития технологически многоукладной экономики и пр. предложена концепция инновационного развития социально-экономической системы в гетерогенной среде.
