Эмпирический Анализ Определяющих Факторов И Взаимосвязи Крупной И Бытовой Коррупции: Роль Институтов

Abstract

В статье предлагается анализ взаимосвязи и определяющих факторов крупной и бытовой коррупции в свете институционального подхода. Слабость таких институтов, как обеспечение прав собственности, ведет к высокому уровню крупной коррупции, что в свою очередь обусловливает неэффективное производство общественных благ (недостаточное финансирование программ здравоохранения, образования, социального обеспечения и проч.). Это приводит к росту бытовой коррупции в соответствующих секторах. Указанная гипотеза находит подтверждение на базе данных международной статистики; для оценки бытовой коррупции используются новые уникальные данные проекта Трансперенси Интернэшнл Барометр Мировой Коррупции (Global Corruption Barometer).
