Abstract

В статье анализируются данные об инновационной активности российских предприятий и оценивается влияние на инновации различных факторов. Используются два независимых источника данных -опрос промышленных предприятий, проведенный авторами совместно со Институтом экономики переходного периода (ИЭПП), и данные ежегодных опросов, проводимых Госкомстатом России. Описаны результаты этих опросов, основные барьеры для инноваций по мнению предприятий, распределение по типам инновационной деятельности. Проведен регрессионный анализ значимости основных факторов, на которые обращает внимание теоретическая литература по инновациям. Основным барьером для инновационной активности является отсутствие у предприятий собственных средств и ограниченный доступ к внешнему финансированию. Конкуренция играет значимую положительную роль, при условии не очень сильной интенсивности.
