Процессы Возникновения И Становления Новых Малых Предприятий. Эконометрическое Исследование Начальных Условий Генезиса На Базе Индивидуальных Данных

Abstract

В данной работе исследуются условия создания новых малых предприятий на основе французских индивидуальных данных по возникающим фирмам, полученных в рамках программы «SINE» (Система информации о новых предприятиях). На базе иллюстративной микроэкономической модели генезиса фирмы охарактеризованы рамки для эконометрического конструирования формирования и взаимосвязи начального капитала, предоставления банковского кредита и влияния различных типов государственной помощи на начальной стадии проекта. Эконометрическая модель оценена с использованием современной симуляционной техники (с помощью GHK-симулятора). В рамках сформулированных гипотез оценивание осуществлено для трех различных групп создателей предприятий занятых в прошлом, краткосрочных и долгосрочных безработных. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для моделирования последующей динамики предприятий, а также приняты во внимание при создании и оценке эффективности различных типов государственной помощи.
