Динамика Ликвидности На Рынке Первичных Публичных Размещений (Ipo)

Abstract

В данной статье автор исследует специфику влияния на ликвидность рынка IPO поддержки размещенных акций со стороны андеррайтера. Выдвигается гипотеза о том, что деятельность андеррайтера будет иметь наибольшее влияние на ликвидность рынка так называемых «прохладных» размещений. Для подтверждения гипотезы проводится оценка динамики изменений ликвидности рынка IPO разных видов. В качестве показателя ликвидности автором используется глубина рынка, для оценки которой применяется линейная регрессионная модель. Полученные результаты позволяют подтвердить выдвинутую гипотезу, а также определить приблизительный период повышения трансакционных затрат трейдеров на рынке первичных публичных размещений. В завершение статьи автор указывает на те факторы, которые должны быть учтены для проведения дальнейших исследований и уточнения уже полученных результатов.
