Abstract

В мире сейчас широко обсуждается вопрос, наступит ли очередная рецессия в ближайшее время. Россия же, в первую очередь, озабочена тем, насколько экономика страны зависима от мировых потрясений и следует ли ожидать нового экономического кризиса. Авторы этого исследования считают, что кризисы в России будут с неизбежностью повторяться в силу того, что в нашей стране сложилась хозяйственная система, развитие которой отныне происходит циклически. Отсюда необходимо отслеживать и прогнозировать не только развитие глобальной экономики, но и нашей собственной. Пока же в нашей стране нет ни статистики, ни методов, ни отработанных процедур, позволяющих квалифицированно анализировать циклические процессы, как это делается в десятках других стран мира. Привлечь внимание к этой проблеме и предложить шаги к ее решению является главной задачей данной статьи.
