Ожидаемая Продолжительность Здоровой Жизни Как Интегральная Оценка Здоровья Россиян

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается методология интегральных мер здоровья, объединяющих в рамках единого показателя информацию о смертности населения и о его здоровье или заболеваемости. В частности, показатели ожидаемой продолжительности здоровой жизни позволяют рассчитать среднее количество лет, проживаемых населением с учетом состояния здоровья, измеренного различными способами на основе репрезентативных опросов населения. В данном исследовании анализируется ожидаемая продолжительность здоровой жизни российских мужчин и женщин, построенная на основе российской статистики смертности и данных репрезентативных опросов РМЭЗ и РиДМиЖ.
