Построение Систем Таблиц «Затраты – Выпуск» России Для 1995-2003 Гг. В «Смешанной» Номенклатуре Оконх – Оквэд

Abstract

Опубликованные на настоящий момент Росстатом для периода 1995-2003 гг. системы таблиц «Затраты Выпуск» несопоставимы с аналогичными зарубежными данными. Важнейшей причиной несопоставимости является несоответствие номенклатур. В статье, после анализа возможных подходов к решению этой проблемы, предлагается процедура преобразования российских данных для указанного периода, частично преодолевающая эту несопоставимость. Процедура основывается на дезагрегировании и перегруппировке данных по столбцам симметричных или прямоугольных таблиц «Затраты Выпуск». Для контроля точности преобразований используются данные СНС по счету производства в отраслевом разрезе. Приводится пример возможного использования полученных в результате такого преобразования данных.
