Моделирование Инфляции По Продуктам Питания С Учетом Доходов Населения

Abstract

В работе предложен и реализован механизм моделирования индексов цен покупок продуктов питания по доходным группам домашних хозяйств. Такие индексы могут трактоваться как дифференцированная по доходу продовольственная инфляция. Подход использует соотношение цен покупок для доходных групп внутри каждого года. Приводятся расчеты таких индексов для данных RLMS и Выборочного обследования бюджетов домашних хозяйств Росстата (ВОБДХ). Обсуждается вопрос о модификациях предложенной процедуры для целей прогнозирования дифференциации инфляции по доходным группам. В результате сравнения с прямым расчетом инфляции отдельно по каждой доходной группе делается вывод о том, что предлагаемый подход обладает рядом преимуществ, в том числе менее требователен к количеству входящей информации.
