Анализ Эффективности В Некоммерческом Секторе: Проблемы И Решения

Abstract

Некоммерческие организации (НКО) отличаются от частных фирм отсутствием собственников и условием нераспределения прибыли. Данная особенность лишает НКО естественного критерия эффективности, вытекающего из цели таких организаций, и значительно осложняет анализ эффективности НКО. В статье анализируются известные из литературы подходы к измерению эффективности НКО и предлагается использовать в решении этой задачи метод аппроксимации границы производственных возможностей. Анализируются условия и порядок применения предлагаемого метода и обсуждаются возможности его использования в оценке деятельности некоммерческих ассоциаций, включая товарищества собственников жилья.
