Лучше Ли Быть Здоровым? Экономическая Отдача От Здоровья В России

Abstract

В работе рассматривается экономическая отдача от здоровья на российском рынке труда. Проводится эмпирический анализ влияния здоровья работников на предложение труда и заработки на основе дан-ных RLMS 1994-2004 гг. Обсуждается проблема измерения здоровья, сравнительные характеристики самооценок здоровья и объективных по-азателей здоровья. Особое внимание уделяется проблеме эндогенности здоровья при оценках его влияния на занятость. Полученные резуль-аты свидетельствуют о значительном отрицательном влиянии плохого здоровья на занятость и небольшом положительном влиянии на заня-тость хорошего здоровья, выявлены значительные гендерные различия во влиянии здоровья на часы работы. Для корректировки эндогенности влияния здоровья на занятость оценивание проводилось с включением лаговых переменных здоровья. На основе стандартного уравнения мин-церовского типа получены оценки влияния здоровья на заработную пла-ту. Отмечается положительное влияние здоровья на заработки, но от-носительно меньшее, чем вклад образования в увеличение доходов.
