Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема оценки и анализа распределения влияния в Госдуме РФ за 1994-2003 гг. Индекс влияния Банцафа рассчитан для простого большинства при разных предположениях о допустимых коалициях. Проанализирована зависимость индекса влияния от изменений в составе депутатских объединений и различных сценариев образования коалиций. Проверена согласованность существенных изменений индекса влияния с происходившими в это время политическими событиями.
