Защита Прав Потребителей При Производстве Государственных Услуг: Институциональные Возможности И Ограничения

Abstract

Представлен обзор теоретических подходов воздействия потребителей на качество государственных услуг. Выявлены возможности защиты прав потребителей при различных институциональных альтернативах. На базе методологии экономического анализа права представлены как институциональные возможности воздействия потребителей с учетом выгод и издержек. Приводятся результаты эмпирического исследования, выявляющего возможности и ограничения формальных и неформальных способов воздействия на качество и доступность государственных услуг.
