Факторы Социального Загрязнения Внутриорганизационной Среды

Abstract

Приводятся результаты теоретического и практического исследования феномена социального загрязнения от экономической деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов на уровне внутриорганизационной среды. На основании выявленных противоречий в социально-трудовых отношениях идентифицирована совокупность и структура токсинов в организационной среде, оказывающих неблагоприятное воздействие на социально-психологическое благополучие работников.
