Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость применения ресурсно-рыночного подхода к формированию конкурентного преимущества предприятия. На основе предложенного подхода уточнено понятие «стратегическое планирование», сформированы принципы и рекомендации по совершенствованию данного процесса, разработан алгоритм формирования стратегии предприятия.
