Abstract

В статье рассматривается практика реализации социального пакета в рамках социальной политики предприятий. Представлено определение социального пакета, причины внимания к нему организаций, структура льгот работникам, источники и размеры финансирования социальных выплат. В конце статьи показана практика использования социального пакета на новосибирских предприятиях.
