Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам государственного налогового контроля в России. Рассматривается соотношение форм и методов налогового контроля в законодательстве о налогах и сборах. Раскрываются роль, значение и основные положения нового регламента мероприятий налогового контроля, связанных с налоговыми проверками, взаимосвязь различных методов налогового контроля с отдельными его основными формами.
