Abstract

В современных условиях для фирмы важно быстро адаптироваться к изменяющимся внешним и внутренним условиям. Способность к адаптации фирмы во многом зависит от организационно-правовой формы. В статье разработана карта организаций по их возможностям к адаптации и самоорганизации. В основе данного исследования лежат теория кибернетики и теория синергетики, институциональный подход.
