Abstract

Рассмотрена проблема содержания качества жизнедеятельности местных сообществ в условиях муниципальной системы и взаимообусловленности качества жизни и социально-экономического развития муниципальной территории. Подчеркнута зависимость удовлетворения потребностей членов местных сообществ от эффективной функциональности органов власти с ориентацией на достижение целей муниципально-политической деятельности.
