Проблемы Формирования В России Государственной Социально-Экономической Политики В Интересах Занятости

Abstract

Рассматриваются основные организационные проблемы формирования социально-экономической политики в интересах занятости, которая представляет собой реализуемую государством политику, направленную не только на решение задач экономического и социального развития, но и задач обеспечения занятости населения. Предлагаются меры по решению таких проблем: возложение на органы государственной власти обязанностей по разработке и реализации компонент политики занятости, находящихся в их компетенции; воссоздание Министерства труда Российской Федерации; обеспечение социально-трудовой экспертизы проектов нормативных правовых актов.
