Abstract

В настоящее время рыночная экономика в России характеризуется существенными масштабами деятельности групп взаимосвязанных компаний. Основным информационным источником, удовлетворяющим запросы заинтересованных пользователей, выступает консолидированная финансовая отчетность, отражающая имущественное и финансовое положение группы предприятий. Однако, консолидированная отчетность направлена в первую очередь на внешних пользователей, но все чаще у таких предприятий возникает потребность в достоверной, качественной отчетной информации, которая в полной мере раскрывает не только внутригрупповые расчеты предприятий группы, но и предоставляет полную аналитическую отчетную информацию по каждому предприятию, входящему в группу, с целью контроля, управления и анализа хозяйственной деятельности каждого субъекта.
