Abstract

В статье исследуется результативность работы государственной инспекции труда в Омской области за 2006-2011 гг. В результате проведённого анализа показателей и практического опыта предлагается инициировать передачу полномочий по надзору и контролю за охраной труда с федерального на региональный уровень.
