Abstract

Представлено содержание, преимущества и факторы выбора двух моделей использования проектного подхода к управлению персоналом. Первая модель заключается в выполнении ограниченного круга функций управления персоналом в структуре проекта диверсификации. Вторая модель связана с выделением частного проекта по управлению персоналом в рамках общего проекта диверсификации.
