Гомеостатическое Моделирование Управления Функционированием И Развитием Региональных Экспортоориентированных Кластеров

Abstract

Предлагается подход к управлению функционированием и развитием региональных экспортоориентированных кластеров, основанный на представлении их как гомеостатической системы. Изучены компонентный состав указанных кластеров и их типология. Выполнено их описание в категориях компенсационного гомеостата. Изложено представление о складывающихся в них межкомпонентных противоречиях: внутри кластерного ядра; между ядром и его окружением; внутри компонентного окружения кластерного ядра. Показаны направления воздействия на межкомпонентные противоречия в целях внешнего управления функционированием и развитием экспортоориентированных кластеров.
