Abstract

Рассматриваются теоретические основы оценки объектов интеллектуальной собственности с позиции трудовой теории стоимости и теории предельной полезности. Определены основные теоретические предпосылки формирования цен на рынке интеллектуальной собственности в зависимости от сферы применения, а также представлен анализ основных принципов стоимостной оценки объектов интеллектуальной собственности.
