Развитие Методики Анализа Качества И Конкурентоспособности Страховых Услуг

Abstract

На основании проведенных исследований разработана оригинальная методика анализа качества и конкурентоспособности страховых услуг. Составными элементами, с учетом особенностей деятельности страховых организаций, определены субъекты анализа; цель анализа и конкретизирующие её задачи; объект исследования; уточнены показатели, характеризующие объект исследования; разработана четкая формализованная последовательность проведения анализа; определены применяемые на каждом конкретном этапе приемы и методы; источники информации. Практическое применение данной методики позволит формировать обоснованные управленческие решения по повышению качества страховых услуг и усилению конкурентных позиций страховой организации на рынке.
