Abstract

Trade networks becomes the most efficient way of conduct of the business in this sphere. The Development to network wholesale business within the framework of the whole country this that phenomena, which expects the russian market in the near future. On background of the established premiseses of the development of the federal networks by actual question becomes management a personnel within the framework of network. The Purpose given studies is a study of the american experience of trade personnel management and possibility of the using american technology on russian market with provision for russian particularities
