Система Управления Человеческими Ресурсами: Разработка И Внедрение В Процессе Консультирования

Abstract

В статье сформулированы особенности разработки и внедрения системы управления человеческими ресурсами в процессе консультирования. Автор доказывает необходимость рассмотрения данной системы как социального, культурного и политического феномена в организации, наблюдающей системы второго порядка. Приводятся аргументы, свидетельствующие, что система управления человеческими ресурсами не может быть собрана как механическая конструкция, но должна быть «выращена» в ходе длительного процесса институционализации разработанного консультантом проекта.
