О Необходимости И Содержании Смены Макроэкономической Политики

Abstract

Факты таковы, что об императивности этой смены ныне начинают открыто говорить (и предлагать ее содержательные варианты, созвучные рекомендациям, появлявшимся и на страницах нашего журнала) даже отдельные представители «властной вертикали», тринадцатилетний социально-экономический курс которой и в условиях сохранения высоких мировых цен на нефть привел народное хозяйство России в состояние, описываемое спорами «еще стагнация или уже рецессия?». Подобного рода соображения обнаруживаются, в частности, в публикациях в СМИ и в научных журналах одного из российских губернаторов – главы известной своими достижениями по профильной экономической специализации (аграрно-животноводческой) Белгородской области Евгения Степановича Савченко, члена-корреспондента Россельхозакадемии. Они воспроизводятся в его помещаемом ниже интервью.
