Возможности Развития Малого Предпринимательства В Северных Муниципальных Образованиях Республики Карелия

Abstract

В статье обозначены проблемы социально-экономического положения северных территорий Республики Карелия. В настоящее время на этих территориях наблюдается уменьшение численности населения, закрытие промышленных предприятий, высокая безработица. На основе программно-целевого метода управления территориальным развитием предложены направления выхода из сложившейся ситуации. Сектор малого предпринимательства рассматривается как важный фактор территориального развития, который даёт возможность повышения самозанятости, дальнейшего сохранения и совершенствования социально-экономической системы региона. Статья подготовлена на основе материалов исследований, выполненных по поручению Правительства Республики Карелия, и данных муниципальных районов.
