Abstract

Проблемы надежности прогнозов экономического развития являются основополагающими при формировании стратегических документов любого уровня. Очевидно, что ни одна методика не может гарантировать однозначных показателей перспективной динамики. Конструктивным выходом в этих условиях может служить разработка альтернативных сценариев, характеризующих пороговые возможности развития событий. Особенно актуален такой подход в условиях возрастания экономической нестабильности.
