Abstract

Обґрунтовано необхідність упровадження на вугільних шахтах України системи стимулювання охорони праці для підвищення ефективності управління персоналом. Надано пропозиції щодо умов, методів та видів стимулювання охорони праці працівників.Обоснована необходимость внедрения на угольных шахтах Украины системы стимулирования охраны труда для повышения эффективности управления персоналом. Представлены предложения по условиям, методам и видам стимулирования охраны труда работников.The arguments are given to introduce the system of labour protection stimulation on the Ukrainian mines in order to increase the efficiency of personnel management. The proposals as for terms, methods and types of stimulation are given.
