Сравнение Оценок Потребностей Начальников И Рабочих Добычных Участков Угольных Шахт

Abstract

Визначено ідентифікацію та структуру потреб за наслідками попереднього обговорення їх переліку з начальниками і робочими видобувних дільниць. Розглянуто результати письмового опитування керівників і робочих. Установлено кількісну оцінку потреб респондентів за допомогою матриці НГУ і за питомою вагою кожної із груп потреб.Определены идентификация и структура потребностей по результатам предварительного обсуждения их перечня с начальниками и рабочими добычных участков. Установлена количественная оценка потребностей респондентов с помощью матрицы НГУ и по удельному весу каждой из групп потребностей.Identification and structure of needs are determined on the basis of results of its list prior discussion with the chiefs and workers of mine sites. A quantitative estimation of respondents' needs is determined with helping of NMU-matrix and by the share of each group's needs.
