Abstract

Проаналізовано характерні ознаки житлово-комунальних послуг. Розкрито сутність концепції маркетингу й окреслено тенденції розвитку маркетингово орієнтованого підходу до вдосконалення діяльності підприємств ЖКГПроанализированы характерные признаки жилищно-коммунальных услуг. Раскрыта сущность концепции маркетинга и очерчены тенденции развития маркетингово ориентированного подхода к совершенствованию деятельности предприятий ЖКХ.The article analyzes distinctive features of public utilities. The essence of marketing concept is described, and trends in development of a market-oriented approach to improvement of public utility enterprises operation are outlined.
