Abstract

Розглянуто використання лізингу як інструменту управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Представлено історію розвитку і становлення лізингу, основні його переваги і недоліки. Критично перераховано вади, що стримують широке розповсюдження лізингових операцій, проаналізовано основні законодавчі недоліки.Рассмотрено использование лизинга как инструмента управления конкурентоспособностью предприятия. Представлена история развития и становления лизинга, основные его преимущества и недостатки. Критически перечислены недостатки, которые сдерживают широкое распространение лизинговых операций, проанализировано основные законодательные недостатки.Use of leasing as the instrument for management of enterprises competitiveness is considered. The history of leasing, its development, advantages and drawbacks are presented. The drawbacks which restrain wide spread of leasing operations are listed and criticized, main shortcomings in the legislation are analyzed.
