Особенности Компьютерного Ранжирования Стратегий Управления В Социальных Системах

Abstract

Предлагается функциональное описание автоматизированной системы выбора стратегий управления. На основе мониторинга, сетевого обмена и обработки данных предлагается система осмысления и анализа ситуаций с помощью компьютерных систем поддержки принятия решений. В результате ранжирования выбираются стратегии, приближающие социальную систему к состоянию, желаемому лицом, принимающим решения.
