Системно–Инженерные И Экономические Аспекты Управления Жизненным Циклом

Abstract

Изложен взгляд на управление жизненным циклом продукта (системы, объекта, сервиса) через управление расширенным предприятием, обеспечивающим поддержку жизненного цикла (РПЖЦ). Управление расширенным предприятием (кооперацией) рассмотрено с системно-инженерной и экономической точек зрения. Выявлены существенные особенности РПЖЦ по сравнению с предприятиями-фирмами. Определено, что основными объектами управления на уровне жизненного цикла являются кооперация предприятий-участников, проектная программа и полная информационная модель конечного продукта. Рассмотрен контур управления жизненным циклом и вопросы эффективности системы управления РПЖЦ. На основе выполненного анализа предложен оригинальный системно-экономический архитектурный шаблон для построения системы управления РПЖЦ. Предложены способы внедрения проактивного управления в логике «сценарий-прогноз против плана» вместо «факт против плана».
