Иерархические Системы Ромбовидной Структуры Для Управления Качеством Речных Вод

Abstract

Предложены динамически устойчивые принципы оптимальности для ромбовидных структур управления. Изучены стационарный и динамический, коалиционный и бескоалиционный случаи. Разработаны алгоритмы построения равновесий, рассмотрены примеры, проведен анализ полученных в ходе имитации результатов, сделаны выводы о преимуществах и недостатках коалиционного случая.
