Abstract

Под трансакционными издержками интегрированной учетной системы коммерческой организации следует понимать дополнительную затратность на подбор и переработку экономической информации при наличии информационной асимметрии. Современное развитие интегрированной учетной системы должно заключаться не столько в экономии трансакционных издержек, а в общем повышении ее эффективности. Снижение трансакционных издержек является одновременно причиной и следствием, необходимым звеном и источником ее саморазвития.
