Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования оптимальной структуры собственных и заемных средств предприятия, направленных на модернизацию основных средств. Предлагается формирование амортизационного фонда и строго целевое его использование. Представлен расчет и необходимость для ОАО «Приборостроительный завод» использовать заемные средства. The paper deals with the issue of the company's internal funds a borrowed current assets optimal structure formation aimed at capital assets modernization. Formation of the reserve for depreciation and its special-purpose usage are given. The paper presents calculation and necessity of borrowed current assets usage for "Instrument Engineering Factory «stock-company.
